Welcome to www.amgdesignhub.com. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Overview
AMG DESIGN HUB provides online services for graphic design, printing of business cards, brochures, labels, stickers, packaging prints, invitations, and other customized print products.

2. Order & Design Approval
Orders will be processed based on the design, content, and specifications provided by the customer.

Once a final design proof is approved by the customer, no changes will be accepted.

AMG DESIGN HUB is not responsible for any errors in customer-submitted content, including spelling mistakes, grammar errors, or copyright violations.

3. Payment
All orders must be prepaid in full before production begins.

We use PhonePe Payment Gateway for secure and trusted transactions.

Orders will only be processed after a successful payment confirmation.

AMG DESIGN HUB will not be responsible for any failed, duplicate, or fraudulent payments made through other means.

4. Delivery & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within the agreed timeline.

Shipping delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of AMG DESIGN HUB.

A tracking ID will be shared once the product is dispatched.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once an order is approved and printing begins, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed.

In case of a quality issue, customers must raise a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Resolutions will be provided based on the approved proof and final output comparison.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on www.amgdesignhub.com including logo, mascot, graphics, and design previews are the intellectual property of AMG DESIGN HUB.

Reproduction or use of any materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
AMG DESIGN HUB will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or products.

8. Modifications
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Updates will be posted on this page and will be effective from the date of posting.

Shipping Policy

  • We ship all orders via ST Courier to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched within the committed turnaround time.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once the shipment is booked.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location, but most deliveries within Tamil Nadu are completed in 1–3 business days.

  • AMG DESIGN HUB is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for receiving the package at the given address. In case of failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
